In mining, Aslanbaşlar İnşaat manages quarry operations together with crushing–screening–washing processes. Raw material from basalt and andesite sources is turned into crushed stone, aggregate and sand products at different gradations via primary, secondary and tertiary crushing lines. At the Odacı crushed-stone plant (Muğla / Milas / Ören Village), planned site management, occupational safety and product control are priorities. Stock, dispatch and client acceptance are run with the same discipline through Ankara-based coordination. Particle-size distribution (sieve analysis), cleanliness and abrasion resistance are tracked; fractions are held in classified stockyards. Supply is planned for roadway base courses, concrete aggregate, fill and ground stabilisation needs.
Scope

- Project-based logistics coordination
Process
01
Site & production plan
Reserve, capacity, fraction demand and HSE framework are clarified.
02
Extraction & feed
Rock is extracted under controlled methods and fed to the crushing line at suitable size.
03
Crushing & screening
Primary–secondary–tertiary crushing and screens reach target gradation.
04
Washing & stock
Clay/dust removal is applied on fine fractions; products are classed and stocked.
05
Control & dispatch
After sieve analysis and product approval, weighing, delivery notes and site handover are completed.
