Through the contact and careers forms we may process identity and contact data (full name, email, phone), message content, and for applications a CV / résumé file together with role interest notes.
Purposes of processing
Responding to enquiries and quote requests; evaluating job applications; maintaining related correspondence; and meeting applicable legal obligations.
Method and legal bases
Data are collected electronically via website forms and processed by automated means. Legal bases include the necessity of processing for a contract / pre-contractual steps where applicable, our legitimate interests in conducting business communication (KVKK Art. 5/2-f), and — where required — your explicit consent given on the form (KVKK Art. 5/1).
Recipients
Data are not sold. They may be accessed by authorised personnel of the controller and by infrastructure providers we use for hosting and email delivery, solely to operate these services under confidentiality commitments.
Retention
Retention is limited to the time needed to handle the request or application and to meet legal record-keeping duties; afterwards data are deleted or anonymised.
